We started zoomZAP as a creative project that we would cultivate in our "spare" time. The idea was to create a space in which some of the many amazing people we know from community development, activist, and artistic circles could come together and share their valuable experiences and insights with others, who would then participate and further extend the virtual community. Of course it turns out that we have far less spare time than we hoped...

So we urge all of you reading this to send us your articles and ideas to help us bring zoomZAP to life.

We are currently based in Chiapas, Mexico and dedicating ourselves primarily to The Manuals Project.

Since we need to make a living somehow (and because we enjoy the work), we're also available for freelance web design and other types of consulting.
